It does what it says. I have annoying lines under my eye that run diagonally down my outer cheek (see image). They are always there when I wake up, then fade throughout the day. Some "plumping" serums or moisturizers help to make them fade by 11 am or so if I apply the product at 7 am. With these strips applied before bedtime, the line is essentially unnoticeable when I wake up.
There is a caveat: If I don't get the strip JUST right on my face (applied with the most neutral facial expression possible) it "bunches" the skin and creates very odd-looking creases that take several hours to disappear. So, the product performs as described, but I must be very careful with the application (not to mention selecting the correct size strip for that part of my face) to achieve the desired result. Also, remove SLOWLY - they want to stick on, and I end up with redness if I peel too quickly.
